“Bought four of these and employed an electrician to fit them as they had quite short connection leads.(considerabely shorter than the ones they replaced) to then find that one of them did not work !!!! Obviously caused considerable hassle. I have emailed customer services and been given a ticket number, but no reply as yet four days later !!”
