Very sorry to read your order arrived damaged and had to be returned for refund. Despite best endeavours as our products are fragile periodically damage occurs while in transit. The Customer Care Team

“Bought Eterna again because lights that I fitted six plus years ago are still working well. Other brands I have tried have had to be replaced. The light is “warmer” than I expected but not a problem. The fitting instructions could mention that the wiring point is removable which makes fixing the wires easy.”

“Unfortunately the light initially supplied had been damaged during manufacture but Lyco replaced it with zero hassle and redelivered very quickly. My husband fitted it and was very pleased. He's fitted a number of this type of light and he said it was the best design he's seen ...... very easy to fit as and adjust. The light detaches easily from the bracket for it to be screwed to the wall and when refitted it very simple to get the light pointing in exactly the right direction. The mounting both swivels & tilts and the PIR sensor can be rotated too.”
