“First batten arrived with no instructions or fitting clips. I complaied to Lyco who sent me another batten with instructions but still no fittings. Complained again to same place but had no reply so gave up and attached battens with cable ties. Probably wont use Lyco again.”

We are sorry you are disappointed with your experience shopping with us. The clips are retained in a small plastic bag inside the diffuser for transit purposes and are easily accessed by removing the diffuser. The Customer Care Team

“Lovely bright lights that are a perfect replacement for my old fluorescent tubes in the garage. I tested the power usage on a single unit and it used only 0.3W when on standby. The downside is that I couldn't find any way to adjust the time on, as stated in the listing. The instructions also indicate that the time is fixed at 5 minutes. This is rather annoying as that was one of the reasons I chose to buy these particular units. In practice, the time on seems to be about 3.5 minutes.”
