“Incorrect model listed on website necessitated a return of order. Poor customer service, tried several times over two days, left messages, sent emails, very slow to comunícate. Original order email includes an online return process which requires a specific order number (not supplied), so useless. All in all a poor experience.”

We are sorry to hear your product was not as expected. Our Returns Process is via the home page on our website with no requirement to contact us directly first. Our Customer Care Team are available 7 days a week until 9pm so a bit of a puzzle why you had difficulty contacting us. As shown in the example we provide on the return portal the order number is obtained from a customer's invoice. An invoice is emailed to each and every customer to the address they provide when they place their order. Sorry to hear you found the process challenging.
