“Very neat slimline batten lamp, bright warm light. Looks much better than the old fluorescent that was there before, and being LED, the light comes on immediately (no flickering in cold weather). Also no tube to replace. Bear in mind that as it is so slim there is no space for a connection block in the fitting. It comes with a length of twin flex. You have to provide a connection block to connect the incoming mains cable and this all has to be pushed back above the ceiling, so the hole in the ceiling needs to be big enough to do this and still be covered by the lamp fitting. However as a result, the lamp looks really neat and unobtrusive.”
