“Very disappointed in Lyco. Two identical items were ordered but the two I received were different from each other! The first "Eco 32W Cool White LED Batten - 4ft Twin" looked good. I accepted it was 122cm long and that 4ft was an approximation. So I ordered a second one - with exactly the same description - to go alongside the first. There was no indication that it was not the same as the first. However, the new one is 124cm long! It would not look right to mount the two in similar positions and close to each other as I wanted to do - this may not be necessary for illumination but it would suit the ceiling layout. Now I can't. The difference would be obvious and uncomfortable. Does Lyco change the specification of other items without warning or advice?”
