I think there is a misunderstanding. "Cool White" is not an industry-standard term but a term used by some manufacturers to describe the light temperature spectrum of between 3100 and 4000 Kelvins. Kevins are the units of measure for light temperature i.e. the colour of the light emitted from a light source. Some manufacturers use the term "Natural" but the spectrum of Kelvins are the same.
