“Order was dispatched by Lyco with Hermes, I received a message from Hermes telling me the parcel was delivered. The proof of delivery was a photograph of someone else’s garden with a Next parcel and some dustbins. I informed Lyco and Hermes that the parcel was not delivered to me, you can’t speak to either company so I left messages with both. 5 days later Hermes confirmed that the parcel was not delivered to my address. Except for an automated reply I have yet to receive a response from Lyco.”
