“It eventually arrived despite being informed that they had received the package and it would be delivered on Friday. This did not happen and despite repeated texts to tell me something was happening it arrived on Monday in a slightly battered carton but because of the airbags surrounding it, in working order. The service from Luceco was good but the delivery was not!”

“Did not get the goods I ordered sent a email 4 days ago asking for help to return goods to you and get a refund two emails answered sent my replys and also asked for a lable to be sent to me as my printer is not working and have heard nothing more,Not happy very poor custom service.
