“Rubbish faulty goods the plastic front will not clip on to the light so just fulls off. Was told send back me to pay postage but then down to the company’s discretion if I get a refund. So I’ve binned them. Get what you payed for I guess”

We are very sorry to read you are disappointed with your choice. There seems to be some confusion. We have a record from when you contacted us at which time we requested images showing the issue to allow us to speedily progress matters however, these were not forthcoming. No customer would be expected to pay to return a product that was proving to be problematic. There is a “free of charge” option on our return portal on our website that customers can directly access in this regard. The Customer Care Team

“Lovely lights - super value - only one issue and that was that one of the lights out of the 4 didn’t work - I emailed and asked if I ordered more lights could this be replaced - they asked if it was just one light but never heard anything after that”

“These lights are discreet and have proved extremely helpful on the 70m unlit path to my house. They work very well for a perfectly acceptable period of time except after an overcast day when they do not fully recharge, however they still last but with a dimmed output. The main criticism is that the lens is quite inadequately attached; three of the eight fall off at the slightest touch and the others don't give confidence. Decided to use a spot of glue.”
