“I only needed a small transformer but as this was cheaper than the small one, of course I bought it. It has a polarised outlet that is desiged for the 24V extension leads. It could be used outdoors without special precautions. Just mustn't be UNDER water, but can be left on the soil near to the lamp posts. Splashproof design.”
