“The Allen key operated grub screws which hold the bulb in the fitting were difficult to turn . Either the male or the female thread, or both, had been badly turned and I broke a bulb as I tried to hold it in place whilst trying to tighten the screw. I literally had to apply a thread-cutting technique to the grub screw- repeating a small amount of turn backwards and forwards until free-up occured and then doing the same to the next section. Most screws needed attention - time consuming and annoying. Luckily I have hardened Allen keys of my own because the one supplied tended to "round" . Otherwise the product is fine and both lines are working in the expected manner. P.S. The Instructions are somewhat agricultural!”
