“I ordered flood beam bulbs, you sent 38deg spot beam bulbs. I emailed for a return stating the wrong bulbs were received and you charged me £4.80 for the privilege. I have emailed 3 times for a reason why and a refund and have had no reply only a survey inviting me to comment on your service/product. Well here you go.”
