“I cannot actually comment on the bulb as it was the wrong size (my fault) I wanted to return it but the return cost was too expensive to make the effort worthwhile. No complaints about your service and delivery”

I am sorry to hear that your bulb was the wrong choice but you can return it by any means you would like to i.e. The Post Office or another carrier that you choose. The Customer Care Team

“I am very dis-appointed - that having bought a 2D 4pin Led Bulb - and received it the next day - which was pleasing - but after 20 minutes that the bulb was switched on and it lit - it went out and does not now light. I rang Lyco's and spoke to a Katherine who was very helpful and told me that I would receive a replacement. That has not happened. I would now have preferred a Refund of the cost - but nothing has happed - I certainly will not use the Company again nor recommend them to anyone in the future”

“There can be a capitance issue with 2D bulbs if there are two 2D fittings on a 3 way switch eg for both hall and landing. With old CFL type, there was continued slight flickering even when switched off. Barely noticable. However, with these replacements there was full on continuous on/off switching. Brilliant 5 star service from Lyco who refunded both bulbs on their return.”
