Thanks for your reviews Ashleigh. As you know from our recent facebook correspondence we are an independent boutique and unfortunately we can not honour the cost of return postage. It’s also clearly stated in our t&c’s that the teturn postage is at the customers expense. We have sold lots of the Hayley waterfall coats this season in many colours, in fact they have been one of our best selling trend items this season...we have repeated them a few times. They are a brilliant Autumn coat for only £29. We appreciate we can’t please everyone but thank you so much for taking the time to give us all 4 negative reviews! Kind regards.
