“The earrings purchased are beautiful, however the one hoop of the earrings was bent and before I was able to wear it, my husband had to use a pair of tweezers to open up the hoop so I could wear it. As the earrings were bubble wrapped perhaps Lowry had not inspected them before sending them out.”
