“The initial watch I received was broken. Lowry Jewellers did send me a replacement promptly however the second watch I received is also faulty and can not be adjusted to fit my watch. I have had not response from Lowry Jewellers about this fault. Overall very disappointed and would not purchase another item through this company.”
