“These oak chunks are perfect for smoking on a kettle grill. There's enough variety in the chunk sizes that you can pick and choose depending how long a cook you're doing, but nothing absurdly big or small.
I love the flavour these give. I've used various chips in the past that really didn't taste great, but brisket and pulled pork have both come out perfectly with these. Nice clean smoke, too!”
Ahh this is awesome feedback, thanks Robin! Chunks should always be dry enough to burn cleanly, but not too dry they don't leave any flavour, so it's so great to hear we're getting it spot on.
