The logs are a good size, perfectly dried, they ignite absolutely beautifully and they are clearly without any trace of chemicals, which is important because I love to cook on my barbecue.”

We're launching applewood logs on the site very soon, as well as whisky barrel splits much bigger than our current chunks, so if you watch this space you'll see a much broader range of cooking wood coming!

Thanks for the feedback! As a small business everything is currently hand-split, and we try and send out balanced boxes, but we'll feed this back to the guys on the shop floor and see if we can split a little thicker 😃
