“A few months ago I had two boxes with too many thin pieces. This was acknowledged by Love Logs. Then the next box was good thickness and weight pieces. This box however the prices are thinner and much lighter. So poor quality.
There is a problem of consistency of quality. This worries me as I am on a subscription”

Thanks for letting us know.
With wood being a natural product there are always going to be fluctuations in what we're able to produce, but you're right to want a consistent product and we always strive to produce the best boxes of firewood we can. However perhaps more importantly, when we do have occasional dips in standards, our goal is to offer great customer service to rectify issues - just like we did last time when you emailed us directly.
If you have any problems in future please send us an email and we will happy to help - just send us a description and some photos of the issue and like we did last time, and we'll be happy to replace any boxes we agree aren't within our specification.
In terms of expectations I would say that 80-90% of each box should be "full logs" and 10-20% will always be skinnier pieces that we use to fill the gaps in the box, where we can't fit a full log. If you are receiving boxes with more skinnier pieces, please get in touch when they arrive.

“your logs are great your delivery people useless no matter what I ask them to do they leave the box in pouring rain and we are disabled and need the box put inside the door is open we are here a sign is on the door....we maY HAve to stop buying unless we can correct the delivery people who canot speak or read ENGLISH”
“Really quick delivery. The logs are brilliant, have a long burn and are all cut to the same length so look good in my wood store.
I was really impressed how long they burnt and the heat generated ws much better the standard logs on the market. Highly recommend”
