Hi Daniel Apologies you had trouble with this order, it sounds like there may have been a mix up in the warehouse and you got sent the wrong product by mistake. “Excellent quality hardwood so they burn long and hot. Reliable and consistent sizing so they always fit my Hobbit SE stove - some other suppliers aren't as accurate with their measurements.”
