The course goes through everything you'd need to know, from ground up, on the Ableton platform (I used Ableton, but they also teach other platforms). From beginner music theory, through to building or buying samples, retuning in key, writing melodies, building bass lines and creating tracks. The ultimate goal of the course is to build your own track and all of the tutors are keen for you to succeed. I worked with Erin, Kasey and Alex and all of them are passionate about music, production and the LSA brand. Super professional set ups, in awesome sound booths, with state of the art kit. Very easy to follow, and very exciting to be a part of. Thoroughly recommended

Having completed the DJ courses with Ben through LSA, I took a keen interest in production. I got a real sense of achievement from him when we spoke about making your own tracks and being able to add them to your set when playing out. I signed up for the beginner course using Logic Pro and to say I have got the bug is an understatement. The whole experience is brand new to me as I have never even opened up Garage Band let alone a professional program. The last month I have been getting to know Logic and delving into the settings, the nuts and bolts of it. Bens advice and teaching skills are spot one and I have lost count of how many phone calls and WhatsApp messages we have had when I get stuck. He is only too happy to assist. It doesn’t end in the classroom, Ben is on hand as a support service as well. I will be carrying the course right through to completion and we will have made a track at the end of it. I Highly recommend this course if you want to get a taste of the production world and if you want to get out of your comfort zone and learn a whole new world. Even the way I listen to music has changed. I have truly entered the Music Matrix. Anyways, enough of this typing, I have got new tracks to make :)

Before starting the course, I had only played around with FL Studio a bit and I wanted to learn more about the tool and techniques to create tracks. Jerome is an incredibly passionate guy and showed me the ropes extremely quickly. I couldn't believe how much I learnt in those lessons, and I'm so glad that I can finally start creating tracks in the professional way
