“I have knocked a star off because it states the locks are weather proof but the lock had frozen this morning and couldn't be opened (and it was only a slight frost).”

Hello, Thank you for your review, we would always recommend using a specialist lock lubricant spray to help prevent any lock from freezing. Hollie
