Hi - thanks for your feedback as it gives us a chance to reply! Am thrilled you like the scent. We only use pure essential oils (not synthetic fragrance) so you get the full aromatherapy benefit each time you wash....
As for the lather... In short, because of our organic status and ingredients we don't use SLS (which create the false rich lather seen in many shampoos, soaps, and toothpastes) or any other synthetic ingredient in our products which is why they don't lather as perhaps you'd expect. They do cleanse really well though- it's a myth you need a lather which is why other brands add SLS! SLS can really irritate sensitive skin.... so without the lather many find this is a lot better for hands! I hope this helps! Emma x
