“I just have to say what a great company this is. Not only are they ethical in terms of the environment and society but they really care about their customers. Due to a problem with their fulfilment house, I got delivered an incorrect item (a bottle of cheap Portuguese wine!). I emailed the company, they called me, apologised profusely and immediately sent the replacement items (5 bars of soap). Zero inconvenience to me. I highly recommend them. And the sop is lovely :-) And no plastic!”
