“I purchased this lamp for my newly decorated lounge and, on arrival, I was initially delighted. The quality is excellent, it’s very impressive to look at, and it suited my lounge beautifully. However, once I installed the bulbs supplied with the lamp, I was extremely disappointed. The bulbs sit above and below the more tightly woven central section, leaving them completely visible and far too bright—so much so that the light was blinding. I then tried the lowest-wattage bulbs I could find locally, but the exposed bulbs still made the lamp look wrong. In the end, a friend used metal cutters to lower the top bulb frame into the tighter woven section, and we were able to rotate the bottom bulb so it faces upwards. The difference is phenomenal—the lamp now looks perfect and creates exactly the effect I originally expected. Unfortunately, the original design is flawed, as the bulb placement does not work aesthetically or practically. I would very much appreciate hearing your thoughts on this feedback.”

“This is a gorgeous lamp.We bought it because it is a little different to other rattan lamps we've seen.It came well packaged and communication was excellent throughout. The lamp itself gives out a good amount of light without being too bright.Gives a nice ambience to our living room”
