“I was very pleased with the product (2 orders placed) and the speed of delivery. However, when i placed my second order "I" had failed to see that I had inadvertently ordered double the amount required. I tried calling (During advised office hours) an eventually after a long wait the answer phone kicked in , upon which I left a message identifying myself and my order, the mistake i made and was hoping for rectification before the order was processed and dispatched (i was calling within 5 minutes of placing this order!) - I did not get a call back from anyone! I tried sending an email to the advised address, however that kept bouncing back!! So i now have a spare item, which because of its' value and the cost to return and the hassle to find a "drop of shop" will stay here. - It would have been nice to have been able to have contact with Customer Services at the time of my issue instead of now in "Feedback"!”
