“Disappointed as the lamp comes on a two pin plug, three pin converter was sent with a 13 amp fuse no instructions on how to install plug and replace fuse. I work out that you have to remove the two screws to insert plug and change fuse. Issue is that the 2 to 3 pin converter does not fit into an external socket. In the end I cut the 2 pin plug of and replaced with 3 pin. Shame as the light is fantastic and would have given 5 stars if it came with a wired 3 pin plug.”

Thank you for offering feedback. We would not expect a customer to have to modify any product purchased from us. The convertor provided with this lamp slots on to the two pin plug and the screw on the outside of the convertor tightened to secure. There is no requirement to change any fuse - not sure quite why that is your belief. Delighted you are pleased with the lamp overall. The Customer Care Team
