“Incorrect product supplied, chased via email with customer service and several phone calls, emails now not replied to and no call backs either, I understand that mistakes can be made but they should be rectified without hassle. Very disappointed.”

“We have previously bought these lights and had no problems but this time found the first 2 on one of the strings are not working. Given we have been sent what is in effect faulty goods I think it's a little off to have to pay to return them.”

We are sorry to hear your lights are not working as they should. We would never expect a customer to pay to return faulty or damaged goods. Please review our returns process on our website. Choosing "faulty" as the reason for return enables the customer to generate a FREE OF CHARGE label. The parcel can then be dropped off locally or collected directly from the customer's property if that is more convenient. I trust the above clarifies matters. The Customer Care Team
