“It's a nice product but unfortunately it had four holes in it which I am assuming are a flaw caused in the factory process. I can't be bothered to return it as it is only going in the garden but the point is really that the product was strictly speaking damaged or faulty and it's only my apathy that is stopping me from doing anything about it as to return products is an expensive process and a waste of my time.”
