“We bought four of these but unfortunately one of them has a different fitting to the others and the lamp shade doesn't fit. It took ages to get an email reply, they don't answer the phone, but they have agreed to send a replacement and I'm still waiting a week later. It's been a long time since I've had such poor service.”
