Solid and well made and gives a good bright light--brighter than the 150W halogen it replaced. The position of the two lights is adjustable, but only up and down. Unfortunately, poor and confusing instructions let it down. 1. The manual override instructions are back to front. i.e. the sequence described as "De-activate sensor override mode" actually ACTIVATES it, and vice versa. 2. There is a "Dusk to Dawn" setting which is unexplained. From experimenting, it appears that with this set, the light is on all night at a low level (what level?), but goes to full brightness when the sensor is triggered. However, it is not clear which distance setting applies to this feature, since you cannot set a trigger distance when in "Dusk to Dawn" mode. 3. The sensor seems to err very much on the side of caution when deciding whether it is light enough to turn off. This morning the sensor was still triggering at 09:30, well after dawn. It was a bit dull but certainly not dark and none of my other security lights was triggering. There appears to be no way to adjust this. Maybe it is affected by the distance setting, but I haven't bothered to check.
