“I purchased three Eterna 8W and one 4W Cool White LED T5 linkable strip lights to replace my under-cupboard kitchen lighting units (also Eterna) which had failed. Lighting Direct was, by far, the most competitive with respect to cost and other reviews seemed, in the main, positive. The website was easily navigable, the delivery was reasonable and prompt. The lights themselves were extremely easily fitted, made simple by pre-existing junction boxes. I daisy-chained two of the three 8W lights and they worked at the first attempt. My wife was a little uncertain about the Cool White temperature as she had grown used to the previous Warm White installation whereas I was looking for light that I could work under, not light for ambience! Having visited somewhere with Warm White under-cupboard lighting recently, my wife has changed her opinion and now loves the new lighting (Phew!) I'm sure that there could be a technical reason for it, but I would have liked the LED strips to have had the same brackets and general fittings as my previous lighting, but I guess that would reduce profit margin for Eterna!! :-)”
