Firstly delivery was well over the time frame stipulated, but that was only the start! Bought these lights for a bathroom and nowhere on the website does it mention that these lights require a separate driver. When they arrived my electrician called me to tell me he can't install them without the driver shown on the box!!! I rushed to screw fix to get 6 drivers costing a further £80. The lights were installed and they soon began to heat up and then flicker alternatively. So I still had to pay the electrician to install lights that don't work and buy drivers. I contacted lighting direct via the chat, i spoke to Sam who wasn't sure if the lights required drivers but said he would get a manager to call me, he took my number. Ofcourse they didn't call, I then chatted to Rebecca who said the mangers had gone home. Meanwhile I have plasterers waiting to plaster in the lights, what should I do, plaster them in and gamble we can get them to work. What an utter shambles and stressful experience this turned out to be.
