“Night bright light, easy to install. As others have said the instructions for the remote are useless, but you can work it out for yourself. If you search for "philips ledinaire floodlight remote control instructions" images, you can find better instructions. Found that having the sensitivity range sufficient to be triggered when opening our back door (approx 6.5 m) made the light too sensitive to things moving in the wind. Had to use a lower setting”

“Has been working effectively for a few weeks. Very much like the settings from a remote device - so much easier then fiddling with knobs on the device while standing on steps. Only criticism is the rather sketchy instructions for setting sensitivity and light level, but to be fair it’s easy to get right by trial and error with the remote.”

“A very disappointing purchase, the sensor is inadequate, you need to be straight in front of the fitting, with it pointing into your face, at low level & not more than 4m away for the remote to work with the sensor. The remote will not work from inside. We purchased this so that we could turn the light on when we let our dog into the garden at night, without having to go outside, However, its just not possible - useless as a remote controlled light.”
