“Poor quality. Always a worry when parts listed on the instructions aren’t in the box. I refer to the missing grommet. The edge the base of the plastic housing was also felt rough and cheap. Things did not improve as the installation progressed. Had power to the unit but the light would not come on. On inspection and taking the cover off again! The source of the issue was poor assembly and quality of components. The white wire connector found under the reflector plate had a loose wire. Once this was engaged fully into the connector it came on momentarily. Then needed to tape the two halves of the connector together to maintain a sound connection. The instructions mention 4 tips for location when installing. I have a fifth one… Don’t bother buy another fitting.”

“Sturdy plastic and well constructed, it was an ideal fit in the porch. The led light is bright enough for this application and without the faff of remembering to turn it on and off every day. The reason I gave it 4 stars was the need to drill 20 mm hole to take the grommet for the cable. If there had been “knock outs” it would be 5 stars and the manufacturer should consider this.”
