“The light was pretty poor quality for a £50 LED light. Very plasticky. I would have expected better quality.”

“Good quality fitting that looks good and has bright light for shaving. Installed without any issues. My only small negative comment is that the socket for toothbrush charger does not give a very positive connection and hence is a bit hit and miss in working consistently.”

“I ordered 3 of these units to replace old fittings. Two worked fine and the third started buzzing, I ordered a replacement which buzzes as well so probably a product weakness. It was very difficult to contact Lighting Direct customer service and the returns webpage is very difficult too use it took 5-6 attempts to put in my mobile number in a way it would accept.”
