“First saw this in a department store in Berlin whilst on a short vacation last month. Upon returning to the UK I couldn't find one. Eventually found it from Lighting Direct. It's superb, solidly made and very pretty indeed. Price is very reasonable. Instructions say it runs for 190 hours. It's powered by 3 'C' cells and is very quiet. Yes it has a spinner at the base of the unit to keep the sparkling flakes moving but it's very quiet. I might well buy another. Lighting DSirect were very helpful too for an APC courier address re-direction. No phone contact possible but they responded quickly to my email. Felt like a personal service.
