“I am unable to write a review as still waiting for this product!! I have left both voicemails and emails to the courier company over several days after missing my delivery but as yet have received no contact… I have also emailed lighting direct and again disappointingly I have received no response or even acknowledgement… If I do ever receive the product I will of course be in more of a position to write something… Hopefully by doing this I may actually be contacted by someone… Yours hopefully Sandi”

Thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry to read you appear dissatisfied. Please check your junk/spam for previous email responses from Lighting-Direct. APC attempted to deliver twice as per the delivery slots notified - on 9th November at 13:39 and on the revised date you chose - 11th November at 13:42 when again no one was available to accept the parcel. We contacted APC on your behalf hence the arrangements were made for the parcel to be collected directly from the depot. For future reference, we are always happy to pass on "safe place" instructions on behalf of our customers if that is a more convenient option to receive parcels. Thank you for your order.
