“I ordered six lights and all were damaged, I managed to repair four of them, as I needed them for a property renovation. I email your customer service team who replied after three days saying they were sending another one out. I replied stating I needed two, but no response received. I understand things get damaged in transit. But no excuse for slow and poor communication. I wouldn't order from you again due to that reason alone.”

“Nice light, but not easy to install. The screw driver has to be very short to get a good purchase on the wall screws and all this whilst trying to keep the connector in it's 'slot' behind the lamp. Installation ergonomics could be much improved”
