“The light looks lovely, unfortunately I never received it and I’m currently stuck in limbo. I call and it goes to voicemail at 1pm on a Wednesday, where are your staff? It was despatched about 2 weeks ago and you’re asking for a review for an item I’ve not received. Nobody seems to be able to track for me and I’m sat here over £200 down with no light, no call backs that I’ve asked for 4 times now and wasting my time chasing you. Someone needs to resolve for me urgently before I’m forced to take to my bank.”

I am very sorry your order is delayed. Unfortunately, the carrier network is at absolute capacity due to the time of year.
