“We have received the delivery from you, which was shipped via FedEx. The parcel itself was not damaged, however, one of the bulbs inside arrived broken. I have already sent an email regarding this issue and left a voicemail, but unfortunately no one has contacted me yet. Could you please advise what I should do next? Do I need to return the entire product, or can you send a replacement for the damaged bulb only?”
