“Item received very quickly. But had to return it, as all the fixings were so poor it couldn't be mounted to the ceiling (by a qualified electrician who's re-wiring the house). Two stars for the quick delivery and easy returns online process (might be three stars when the money is received), but zero for the actual product :( Shame, as previous products from Lighting Direct have been great.”
