Thank you for getting in touch. Customers DO NOT have to pay to return a damaged item. As per the instructions if "damaged/faulty" is chosen as the return reason no charge is requested. “Not yet installed. I bought three of these lanterns as they matched well with existing ones. They all arrived safely and, although inexpensive, are aesthetically pleasing and fit for purpose. Pleased with the purchase.”

“I took it apart at a table and rebuilt it at the table to see what I had to do when fitting the lamp. The fitting is so flimsy both the top and bottom location pegs that the screws go through had split. I’m not a heavy handed person.”

“Acceptable for the price. Tried to tighten one of the fixings and broke the plastic surround but managed a repair. Looks good when fixed. Would recommend for the price”

“Poor quality materials and flimsy. Screw channels broke while I was testing it. Would add pictures but not possible on this website. Would send it back but have thrown away packaging.”
