“Bought 10 and one arrived broken. Customer services agreed to replace but can not do this until December (3 months away) although still showing as in stock on the website. Arranged to buy replacement from another supplier on 2 day delivery and use replacement as a spare when it arrives.”

“Great Company all round, I had seem some negative reviews so was a bit worried after my first order but there as nothing to worry about. Every item we have ordered has been perfect and delivered quickly. When I reached out to customer service because i hadn't had an order it was due to waiting stock, They quickly sent out the items that were in stock and kept me updated on when the awaiting stock would be on. I have now ordred lights for everyone room in our new home from this company. Would 100% recommend”

“My less than perfect score is no reflection on Lighting Direct. They were fast and the product arrived well packaged. The lights themselves are not great to be honest. They look ok for what they are. The appeal for me was that they are paintable and both up and down lights. The shade is solid and well made. My issue is the design of the fixings. Connecting the wires is unnecessarily fiddly. The mounting bracket is strangely designed and not what I would have done. The shade just rests on the metal mounting bracket which in turn is fixed to the wall. The bracket is like a box rather than a flat plate with very little of the bracket actually in contact with the wall and most of the length of the supplied fixing screws not doing anything at all. Look, it works. It just isn't terribly well thought out in my view. Thus my rating of 3 stars. It's meh.”
