“A really lovely ceiling light but we were disappointed that there was not a hook included in the package as the light cannot be fixed to the ceiling without one. A separate trip had to be made to B&Q to purchase one.”

“It appears that there is an additional piece to purchase which I would happily do but no info on what is needed. The electrician said he couldn't put it up without the additional piece. Unfortunately when he opened the box to see what I had purchased the box is slightly torn and the plastic bag with additional screws etc. I would like to return to you but at 78 years old I cannot carry to the post office and to have it collected from my address it is almost half the cost of the light, so it is packed up and don't know what to do next. Thank you”

“The first light we received contained a flaw in the finish which could only have occurred during the manufacturing process. I reported this and included a photograph of the defective finish. I received heartfelt apologies from the company and a replacement was sent to me within 48 hours. This time the light was in perfect condition. Excellent product and excellent customer service!!! Thank you so much”
