“Delivery came straight away. The quality of the lights are amazing. They look a lot more expensive then they were. I have them over a breakfast bar and they look fantastic. Highly recommend.”

“Beautiful lights, well packaged and arrived quickly. .I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you... As an addition to this review.. I received a second set of lights which I think was sent out as Hermes put in a claim as them being lost and not being delivered. I called the company today to let them know I had already received my lights last week and was being totally honest instead of keeping them. The company asked me to return them , no problem. I then asked if I could buy them at a discount instead of arranging a collection. They came back with an offer of £10 on each light then final offer of another few pounds off. Considering Hermes reported that they were lost and lighting Direct would have put a claim in for them and I would have potentially purchased something that was reported lost I guess it would be a win win situation for the company”
