“On the face of it , a well made and nice looking product. However, it worked really well for 2 nights but has now seemingly "given up the ghost". I have tried telephoning the company to speak with their technical team but simply get asked to leave a message, unable to speak to a person directly. This is not good enough given the cost of the item and I expect better service in the future. Having now bolted down the lamp in to concrete, I am just waiting to be asked to unbolt it all and return to the company having dispensed with the box and packaging. Not happy at all.”

“Fabulous lampost looks amazing. It was simple to put up and although we’ve had very little sunshine since, it illuminated the garden (when we switched it on 24 hours later, as advised). We are delighted with our purchase and the service of Lighting Direct.”

“The light came exactly as described in the picture. The Lutec London Solar LED Lamp Post came in well protected packaging to avoid damage during transit. It was easy to assemble and we are extremely pleased with our purchase.”
