“Lovely light but such a shame that the sticky label with details is right at the front. Not easily removed without leaving a sticky patch so left at the moment waiting for the sun to dry it out and hope it doesn't leave a mark.”

“Had 3 arrive with broken glass in the same place, the thread for screwing glass into place. Customer service lady was very helpful and organised to send 3rd one with extra packing, but no luck. Shame as it’s a really nice light, but clearly unsuitable for posting!”

“The light arrived , it was the correct one and I was looking forward to my husband putting it up. It arrived with the glass broken. The glass was insifficiently protected within its box , this needs to be addressed for future deliveries . You lost a sale. I have requested a refund and gone elsewhere I’m afraid.”

“Light looked nice on picture ..very stylish but a bit disapointed when arrived as all the glass was broken and not very sturdy for the price... just waiting for refund.. alrhough very nice just worried will receive another damaged one”

“Great looking light and very contemporary whilst still offer the lantern look. The motion sensitivity is quite hit and miss and it has taken some time to get it right, both as light fades and motion sensor range. Hit and miss on both measures!”
