“No idea what the lights are like. I’ve still not received them two months in. No one replies to emails or calls, I’ve been sent the wrong product once, when I alerted Lighting Direct to this they informed me they’d pick up the old ones, and no on turned up at the agreed time. TERRIBLE customer service. When I finally spoke to someone they did offer me 10% back but since then no comms!!!!”
